By using ClassMitra, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ClassMitra is a tuition and coaching class management system that helps you:

  • Manage student records, batches, and attendance
  • Track fees and dues transactions
  • Generate attendance reports and financial documents
  • Communicate with parents and students
  • Access services through mobile app and web platform

3. User Account

To use ClassMitra, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, email)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Trial Period

ClassMitra offers a free trial period (20 students for 5 days) to allow you to test the app and evaluate its suitability for your needs. We strongly recommend that you:

  • Use the trial period to thoroughly test all features
  • Ensure the app meets your requirements before making a purchase
  • Contact our support team during the trial if you have any questions

Important: You should only purchase a plan after completing the trial and confirming that ClassMitra is suitable for your needs.

5. Purchase Plans

ClassMitra offers flexible pricing plans based on duration (30, 90, 180, 365 days) and student capacity (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 students). All plans are one-time purchases and include:

  • Full access to mobile app and web platform
  • All features without advertisements
  • Customer support during the plan period

6. Payment Terms

Payment can be made through:

  • Secure online payment gateways
  • Google Play Store (for Android app purchases)
  • App Store (for iOS app purchases)
  • Other payment methods as specified at the time of purchase

All payments are processed securely. Once payment is confirmed, your plan will be activated immediately.

7. Refund Policy

No Refunds: ClassMitra does not offer refunds for purchased plans. All sales are final.

Since we provide a free trial period (20 students for 5 days) before purchase, you have the opportunity to:

  • Test all features and functionality during the trial
  • Evaluate whether ClassMitra meets your requirements
  • Make an informed decision before purchasing

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have used the trial period to test the app
  • You are satisfied with the app's features and functionality
  • You understand that no refunds will be provided after purchase
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if you are not happy with the service after purchase

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases, regardless of the payment method used (Google Play, App Store, or other payment gateways).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ClassMitra are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree to:

  • Not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service
  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose

You retain ownership of your data. We have the right to:

  • Use your data to provide and improve our services
  • Generate reports and documents as requested
  • Maintain backups for data security

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use ClassMitra for:

  • Any illegal activities or violation of laws and regulations
  • Sending harmful or malicious content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the service for fraudulent purposes

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform maintenance and updates
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Suspend service for violations of these terms

11. Limitation of Liability

ClassMitra is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss due to user error
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party actions

12. Termination

We may terminate your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Misuse of purchased services

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
